MoJacks to host Georgina Sunday From Page 17 Trying to handicap the six clubs in the Central loop is getting tougher all the time as scores from last week indicate. As mentioned, the Bruins drubbed Little Britain 13- I, but those same Bruins lost two in overtime by 5-4 margins to Lakefield and Georgina. With the Christmas sea- son now fully upon us, the MoJacks hope to get their fans in the spirit this com- ing Sunday at the annual MoJack Family Christmas Game. This has become a very popular event over the years with the emphasis on "family" as there will be a visit from Santa for the kids (not to mention all kinds of wonderful chil- drens' gifts to be won in the lucky draws) and there are gifts for the older folks as well. And this year, there's something just a bit differ- ent. General Manager Murray Parliament said the hockey club is sup- porting the Durham Police Christmas toy and food drive. Any fan who donates a kids' toy or food item at Sunday night's game will get in for half- price. All donated toys and food will be distrib- uted by police to families in Scugog and across Durham Region.
