A performer since the age of five, she is a graduate of the Academy of Music, and for the past six years has focused on making music her ministry. The group featured that evening are the Parkers, comprised of Shannan Parker - lead/harmony vocals, Warren Parker - lead/harmony vocals, piano, acoustic guitar and harmonica, and Johnny-Lee Clark - lead, acoustic and bass guitars and mandolin. The Parkers minister to over 200 concerts a year across North America, on 100 Huntley Street, and in Salvation Army Rehabilitation Centres, penitentiaries and schools. They are also World Vision Associates, devoted to rais- ing support to feed hungry children around the world. Between them, the mem- bers of the Parkers have won numerous awards at the Canadian Gospel Music Awards.
