Call Crime Stoppers at 436-8477 or 1-800-222-TIPS Police seek help solving April 7 Oshawa theft Crime Stoppers and Durham Regional Police need your assis- tance in solving a convenience store break and enter that occurred in Oshawa on April 7 of this year. On Friday morning around 3:45 a.m. the Beckers Store at 800 King St. W. was forcibly entered. Entry to the premises was gained by two suspects who smashed their way through the front door. Once inside the two helped themselves to a quantity of cigarettes and lottery tickets. Investigators believe that these two culprits are responsible for a rash of recent convenience store break-ins around the Ajax Pickering area. Both suspects believed to be in their late teens to early 20s appear to be of medium height and build. Suspect number one was wearing a toque and jacket with a white stripe down the arms. Suspect number two was wearing a baseball cap and a scarf that partially covered his face. Crime Stoppers will pay cash for any information that will lead to an arrest in this incident.
