He advanced to the Council okays smaller By Chris Hall Weekend Star Ward 2 Councillor Marilyn Pearce took great exception this week to a staff recommendation that allows smaller side yards in a new subdi- vision, During Monday's council meeting, staff presented a recommenda- tion that would allow 1.2 metre side yards in the new Perryview subdi- vision, just south of Port Perry.
