The Academy Theatre Foundation and the Kawartha Lakes Summer Playhouse are proud to offer annual recognition to an individual or group whose involvement in the arts has had a significant impact on the community. Eligibility: 'a Individuals receiving the award must have been a resident of the Town of Lindsay during the time of the accom- plishment. However, artists temporarily located outside the city may be nomi- nated for this award. 0 Groups must be operated as a Lindsay organization. The majority of group members must be residents of Lindsay. If the group is selected for an award, non-resident group members will be recognized for their contribution. Q Artists receiving financial remunera- tion qualify for this award. Management staff receiving financial remuneration do not qualify. a Accomplishments must have been made within one year prior to the nomi- nation deadline. J HY roel, Triskelion to play Crombie Theatre string trio "Triskelion" will perform in Lindsay on Saturday, Feb. 17 at 8 p.m. at the Glenn Crombie Theatre on the Lindsay campus of Sir Sandford Fleming College. This will be the fourth concert in the Lindsay Concert Foundation's 2000-2001 series. Triskelion consists of three of Canada's leading musicians, Martin Beaver, violin, David Harding, viola, and Bryan Epperson, cello.
