Some questions were left unanswered by the developers who have been hired by the Canadian Tire Corp. to develop the site. Developers Stockworth MBG Ltd. are seeking a rezoning, and amendments to the regional and township official plans: The property, located just south of town on the east side of Simcoe St., is currently zoned as an employment area.
