Peter Hvidsten Weekend Star Scugog Council is inching closer to passing a bylaw which would rezone a small parcel of agricultural land and open the door to allow the development of a 115,000 square-foot commercial development just west of Port Perry. The land in question is located at the west end of Port Perry on Highway 7A abutting a piece of land already zoned for a variety of commercial uses.
