Austin Beacock, a veteran of World War I, was united in marriage to Helen Whit field on November 3, 1920 at the bride's parents' farm home by Rev. Scott. Mr. and Mrs. Beacock have one daughter, Mrs. John Mew and two grandchildren Rob ert and Jane Mew, all of Toronto. Several telegrams of con- gratulations were received during the week previous.
