. Presents Diploma To Blackstock Couple Presentation of the very esteemed Service Diploma to Mr. and Mrs. Percy VanCamp by Victor Maicoim, retiring president of the Blackstock Agricultural Society. This award is presented by the Agricultura: Societies of Ontario for extraordinary service to a Agricultu- ral Society and active community life. Mrs. VanCamp has been a member of this Society for nearly fifty years, her husband not quite so long. Mr. VanCamp has held every office of the Society at some time. Together they acted as Sec-Treas. several years ago. Both Mr. and Mrs. VanCamp still are very active in the organization of each Blackstock Fair.
