LLOYD WHITE After a lengthy illness of eleven months, Dr. Lloyd | White passed away at the : Pines Nursing Home in Clark- son, Ontario on Sept. 7, 1971, in his 79th year. He was a son of the late Francis and Selena White, formerly of Cartwright Township. Mr. White attended Port Perry High School and con- tinued his studying at Queen's and Toronto Univer- sities, and Columbus Univer- sity in New York. Dr. White was a school trustee for seven years on | Toronto and Metro Boards of Education. Also, he was a teacher and vice - principal for 34 years at Toronto Cen- tral High School of Commer- ce. Dr. White rested at Turner & Porter Chapel in Toronto. His pall-bearers were all members of the Board. of Education. Dr. Lloyd White was pre- deceased by two brothers, Melbourne and Earl, and a sister, Grace.
