PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested that j the City Council of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois, having ordered that a local improvement be made for the improvement of WAUKEGAN ROAD from the easterly street line of Front Street extended (being the eastern terminus of the present existing pavement in Waukegan Road) to a connection with the Eavement on Elgin Road and Green treet as provided for in and by an Ordinance passed by the City Council of the Citv of McHenry, Illinois, and approved by its Mayor on the first day of June, A. D. 1925, and That portion of GREEN STREET lying within the street lines of the said portion of Waukegan Road and not included in the roadway thereof, by adjusting all existing manhole covers, constructing vitrified tile pipe storm water drains, construction brick masonry combination manholes and catch basins with cast iron covers, storm water inlets with cast iron covers, grading and preparing the subgrade to receive the hereinafter descibed pavement, grading and leveling the parkways, constructing Portland cement concrete combined curb and gutter, and by paving those portions of the roadways of the above described streets, as above described, with either a Portland cement concrete pavement designated as Type "A," or a Portland cement concrete pavement designated as Type "B," in accordance with _ fications, all in tie £id car Henry as provided for In Ordinance passed by the City of the said City on July 21st, A.
