Some of these young scamps belong to respectable parents who have no knowledge of the where­ abouts of their boys and in many cases seem to rest ea^y with the idea that they will turn up all right and take care of themselves. In other cases they are those boys that have but little bet­ ter example set theui at lipine, and are sent from home to be out of the way. There are plenty of such in this city and there Is not a day or a night pasfies but tiiat these young imps are not cut­ ting up all maimer of deviltry and com­ mitting puisances both against the law and comuioir'dccency.
