Jacobs, of Chicago, then made an­ other statement of the financial condi­ tion of iba State association treasury, aud a callactlon was taken to pay the apportionment if thfs county for last year which was not paid and pledges were mada by delegates present for their achaola to pay tha apportloament for tbiajrear, paid pledge to be paid on or befall tte first day of May aext. The oosfeiilon voted that we pay $40 to the State A--gelation this year. A committee was appointed consisting of W. H. Buck and C. H, Adams on dis­ tricting tha county. The attendance at tha eonventloti was good considering the severity of tha weather which prevented *oad travel, and as officers of the association wish to tender our thanks to Brothers Jacobs for his Rood work, and Excell fa* his excellent music; to the people of Woodstock for their kind hospital­ ity! to fea Presbyterian Society for the use of their church. Our only regret Is that every Sunday School officer and teaehar could not be present.
