On Wednesday afternoon Templeton was In his field, which adjoins Voilmann's, burning brush. Voilmann, fearing the fire might spread to his land went out when tbe two men got Into an altercation, re suiting In Templeton shooting Yoll- mann In tbe right leg, from the effect* of which he died on Saturday.
