O. W. Owen spent the latter part of last week with his daughter, Mrs. Paul Brown, at her home in Glencoe. Nickel, of Chicago, here Tuesday to officiate at the funeral of Mrs. Antoinette Whiting. Mr. Nickel was a school teacher in McHenry many years ago and paid a number of his pupils (who are now men and women with silvered hair) pleasant calls.
