She re­ turned home Sunday. Oscar Olson, of Woodstock, delivered to Robt. Richardson a new self-feed Hocking Valley corn sheller Friday, which was put in use Saturday. The Cuyamaca club entertained their friends at a hop given at the Oakland hall Friday evening, Jan. 25. It was enjoyed by about fifty couples.. Landlord Grantham will give H mas­ querade ball at the Oakland hall Friday, Feb. 1. Reed's orchestra, of McHenry, will furnish the music. Four prizes will be awarded to the finest dressed lady and gentleman and the most comi­ cal couple. Charles Clark, of Chadburn, N. C., is visiting among relatives and friends here. He was called home by the seri­ ous illness of his father, J. M. Clark but on arriving here was pleased to find his condition very much improved.
