The annual meeting of the Republic* ;in Editorial Association, eleventh Illi­ nois congressional district, will be held in Unity Hall, corner DnPage and Villa streets, Elgin, on Tuesday, Sept. 37, 1904. A trip about the city, visiting points of interest has been planned, and altogether this promises to be one of the most enjoyable meetings ever held by the association.
