William Keefe and sister, Miss Katu\ and Mr. and Mrs. McGee attended Dec­ oration day exercises at Woodstock Tuesday. , The township exercises for the north­ west section of the township, including the village of Ringwood, Ostend, the Harsh and Sherman districts, were held Wednesday evening, May 24, in M. W. A. hall in this Village, at which time a class of nine received certificates which will enable them to enter any high school in McHenry county without ex­ amination. The program was composed of good numbers, and all who took part did exceedingly well. The class, all of whom are from the Ringwood school, was as follows: , Misses Barbara Ebert, Leone Kelley, Grace Harrison, Lora Walkington, Erma Watson, Ida Adams, Lora Dodge, Malissa Bacon; Chauncey Harrison. The eighth grade graduation exercises of the Spring Grove school were held last Friday evening in the M. E. church. Four pupils, Grace Hopper, Helen Moss, Belle Neish and Ben Watts, comprised the graduating class. All letters to go by him are desired to be sent to the postoffice or to his houise near the Spring Garden."
