Wankegan Weekly Son: There now neeiiis t»i be no uncertainty that the Frost interests will soon consolidate the Waukegan and Fox Lake railroad as noted in the Snn last evening and in connection with the reported expected change, some important facts are heard, Viz: That, after he once gets hold of the Fox Lake line, Frost will not only extend the local line west to Fox Lake as per Mr. Wynn's original plans but he will carry the line up to Lake Geneva. Mr. Wynn declines to say anything further than that the Frost interests, like several others, is considering the purchase of the Fox Lake line. Mr. Wynn exhibited the [taper showing that he holds an option on the Fox Lake line which lasts until November 1st. From another source it is said that there is little likelihood of failure on the part of the Frost people acquir ing the Fox Lake line and it is stated that already the MilwauK.ee company has extensive plans for extension after that is accomplished. It is said that when the main line is extended through to Milwaukee; that then, will the, efforts of the Frost pet pie > be expended in building the Fox Lake branch west. It is said that they will build out past Gage's, Druce, Sand, Crooked, Channel, Fox Lakes, and then on to Lake Geneva. This change would not include the extension of the line to McHenry ac cording to the plan outlined some time ago by Promoter Wynn but that this branch might be bailt west to McHenry from Lake Bluff. If the plans of Mr. Wynn as origin ally made should be pat into execution by the Frost interests, Mr. Wynn would be the most logical man for Frost to have in his employ as the one to obtain the right of way and lay ont the line generally, hence the belief prevalent that Mr. Wynn is to leave the North Shore to enter the employ of - the Frost interests.
