The genial hostess had every thing prepared for the comfort and en- joynieut of her guests, and it is need less to say that they enjoyed them selves immensely. The pleasant rooms, with their brilliant lighting system, presented a most attractive appearance* and beneath the soft glow of the lights oard tables might lie seen, at, which the guests enjoyed a few social games of euchre. At the midnight hour ;i delicious Supper was served, to which all did ample justice. The table dec orations were green and white, while the favors were miniature shamrocks, pipes and Irish flags.
