Stockholders represent ing more than two-thirds of the whole stock of said Corporation, voting in favor of such change, and that Certif icates evidencing such change, have been filed with the Secretary of State of Illinois, and in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of McHenry Coun ty, Illinois, Witness our hands and seals this 20th day of October, 1915. E. L. Wagner, President. Carl W. Stenger, Cashier. 18-St Neat Municipal Building Those who from the start were op posed to the repiodeling of our power house aire now more than pleased with the improvement made and ev eryone agrees that McHenry has been given one of the neatest little munic ipal buildings to be found in any coun try town and this, too, was given us without a special taxation.' With the addition of the new cement side walks and the leveling off of the grounds where the old village hall stood, the improvement is one worthy of comment and the president as well as the members of our village board are worthy of the credit that is being showered upon them for this, one of the best acts committed by a village board in recent years. We can now point to our municipal building with pride instead of shame. We serve ice cream the yewr round. j.
