May 8, 1919. 47-4t The public utilities commisson at Springfield Thursday ruled that the Chicago, Fox Lake & Northern Electric Co. has no right to build a suspended mono-rail road between Evanston and Palatine, and ordered the company tp discontinue issuing securities. The company has issued $10,000 in notes of a proposed $2000,- 000 issue. The commission holds that a certificate of necessity granted the company expired in 1918. The commission directing said railway company to discontinue the issue of any further notes or other securities in connection with the construction of its proposed line.
