The city aldermen, with Mayor Frett presiding, met in special meetins Monday evening, for the purpose of devising ways and means for paying coupons due Aug. 1st. Motion by Knox, seconded by Stoffel, that the bill of Meyer & Wen the for auto stars be refused payment but the balance of the bill for badges be ordered paid.
