Monday afternoon around 3:30 o'clock two strangers entered the store of N. N. Weber apparently to purchase a package of cigarettes. The clerk, a young lady, Lois Esh, was the only one there. They pointed a gun at her and told her to open the regis ter artel said "If you spread any alarm there are others following us." In a very short time Lois appeared outside and spread thq alarm, but no trace of the bandits could be found, although Mr. Richardson, Edd. Bell and Albert Britz saw them leave, but suspicioned nothing. They got only about $14. T Gerald Carey was a Chicago visitor Wednesday. Miss Clara Stoffel was a Chicago visitor Wednesday.
