Conn, Circuit Clerk stated that the phone in his office and that in the County Treasurer's Office constituted a two-party line; That a call for one necessitated confusion that would be avoided if said phones were placed on a single-party line. It was moved bv Supr. Wright and seconded by Supr Turner that this matter be referred to the purchasing committee with power to act. On roll call said motion was unanimously carrlefl. Supr. Stockwell stated that there was a shortage of filing space in the Office of Dr. Draper. County Veterinarian and mcved that this question be also referred to the purchasing committee with power to act. The motion was seconded by Supr. Kuecker and on ItJl call uninimously. carried. It was moved by Assistant Supr. Donovan and seconded by Supr. Turner that warrant in accordance with a Resolution heretofore adopted, be issued at once by the Clerk.
