That the Committee had not recommended the allowance of these claims and that the Committee requested their consideration bv the full Board. (See Miscellaneous Record '"O" for bond) The Clerk presented and read notices of hearing on assessment roll in the matter of the petition of the City of Woodstock for Special Assessment for Sewage Disposal Plant. A communication from the Dept. of Public Works and Buildings Division of Highways subject Motor Fuel Tax was read and the Clerk directed to write the Department for blanks referred to. On motion of. Supr. McConnell duly seconded by Supr. Wright and unanimously carried, it was ordered that the Annual Report of the Treasurer be referred to the Committee to Settle wltu Treasurer for report and the Semi-annual Report of the Cbunty Clerk, Circuit Clerk and Sheriff be referred to the Committee on Fees and Salaris for report.
