T. for an extension of the concrete road from [Union to State Bond Issue Route 67 heretofore passed be rescinded and a new resolution be passed for said road, to be paid for out of this above mentioned 1927 gas tax money. That if the County desires to build ,an asphalt road a gravel road will have to be built first under state specifications and then after it is sufficiently packed usually the second year the asphalt can be put on. That it is permissible to buy or rent machinery for gas tax roads out of gas tax money and if bought should be used for gas tax roads only. The matters were discussed and the County Superintendent of Highways was instructed to prepare a resolution to use the 1927 gas tax money on the northerly direction for a distance of approximately 3600 feet, more or less, connecting with and terminating at 8.
