He has served more than three years as Chief Deputy Sheriff and it is on this record he is asking the support of the voters. / : f x ' , Duringthese three years he has had many important duties to perform in connection with this office. Some of these duties have been unpleasant and difficult, involving decisions as to right and duty which as a good enforcement officer/sworn to obey and enforce the law, he could not honorably avoid. In the responsibilities connected with enforcing the law - Mb Chief Deputy Sheriff, he has had no favorites, but under the direction of the Sheriff he has always acted In the apprehension of law violators and criminals he has given his superior officer loyal support.
