Henderson to a certain piece of swamp land would beg leave to submit the fol­ lowing report on the matters before them: That we have examined the rec ords and find, in regard to the Sale of said lands, that the provisions of the law were complied with, and would recom­ mend that the county clerk be authoriz­ ed to execute a deed to Andrew Hender-- son in accordance with certificate issued at time of sale, it appearing that no deed has been given.
