The banquet was in honor of girls of the Athletic Association who had participated sufficiently in sports during the year to earn a letter or a numeral, with at least six seasons of sports required for a numeral and nine seasons, at least, required for the major award of a large "M." The letters this year were in black and white, the G. A. A. colors. The highest award, a gold pin, is given to Seniors if they have taken part in four years of athletics. A special award of a gold pin, with a guard, was presented to the president of the association, Mareta Blake, in recognition of her work during the year.
