Kreutxer I WHEREAS, Divine Providence has I taken from our midst Herman J.! Kreutzer, Alderman of the Second I Ward of the City of McHenry, who j was a beloved friend of the members I of the Council, and I j WHEREAS. The death of our friend i and fellow official is taken as a great j loss to the City of McHenry and to his | many frinds who held him in high es- : teem; yet realizing that our sorrow at i his departure is surpassed by that of ; the members of his family, and j WHEREAS, his many years of able and efficient public service have en-: deared him to the citizens of this City, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bv the City Council of the City of McHenry that we hereby express our (deep and sincere sympathy with the widow and family of our friend for the loss and sorrow that has come to them; that with them, we mourn for one who truly merited the respect and high regard of the people of McHenry,1 and we share with them a memory of a life nobly spent in services to his fellow men. and I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that !this resolution be spread upon the record of this meeting, and that a copy thereof be forwarded by the clerk to the wife and family of our beloved friend. j CITY OF McHENRY.
