That Ihe road and biidge committee be authorized to meet monthly to audit and order paid bills and transact business of office. That a trip of inspection of the County State Aid System of roads be taken the committee, and that so far as possible the nearest member of the committee handle emeigency .natters. That the County Superintendent of highways act as general overseer of the woil' and as clerk of the road and bridge committee, and that he be relieved of keeping a book showing each and every expenditure from the Road and Bridge fund -is under a new system the County Clerk draws all orders and keeps the record of same. We further recommend that the right of v ay for roads built out of the motor fuel (ax funds ?>e secured by the tegular right of way commlttce und that emergency matters, that may develop in the administration of said road improvements be handled by the load and bridge committee.
