ROBERT E. KNOX. DISMISS $300,000 SUIT The $300,000 suit of Rolan Nichols against Dr. H. J. Schmid of Harvard was dismissed Monday morning by Judge William L. Pierce. Attorney Lawrence Jacobs, representig Nicnols, asked for a two months continuance although the case had been set to be heard Monday.
