Sunday School will be held at 10 o'clock next Sunday morning. *M0Q DAMAGE SUIT Joseph Behr and sons of Rockford filed suit in the circuit court last Thursday against Sam Klein of Marengo asking damages in the amount of $8,000 for breach of contract. The suit involves an * alleged contract agreed on October 19, 1937, in which it is claimed by the plaintiffs that Klein was to sell them 870 tons of scrap metal at twelve dollars'per ton F. O. B. Marengo and an option to purchase balance of scrap in the yard at Marengo at the same price. The complaint sets up that Behr and sons purchased 340,935 pounds of unprepared scrap; 63,lt)0 pounds of uncleaned motor blocks; 362,465 pounds of agriculture and machinery casts; 8,000 pounds of stove plates.
