Motion by Regner, seconded by Nye, that the treasurer's monthly report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Freund, seconded by Bolger, that the collector's monthly report be approved as read. A special meeting was called by Mayor Overton for the purpose of making appointments of officers, city employees and committees for the ensuing fiscal year. Motion by Ferwerda, seconded by Nye to approve the following appointments as made by the Mayor, and to approve the monthly salary of $106.00 for Fred C. Feltz, caretaker of disposal plant. Voting yes: Bolger, Buss, Ferwerda, Freund, Nye. Voting present: Regner. Motion carried. It was agreed by the council to instruct and authorize Fred C.
