To the Chairman and Gentlemen of the Board of Supervisors: Ypur Committee on Relief of Blind to whom was referred the matter of the continuation of the payment of blind pensions by McHenry County would beg leave to report that they received, a report from the Illinois'Public Aid Commission, McHenry County office, showing that certain applications for relief made to the Illinois Public Aid Commission by persons receiving blinnd pensions were denied and that other applications were withdrawn and that other referred to other counties and that other application!! were granted and that there were still some applications pending. Your Committee, after due deliberation instructed the County Clerk and the County Treasurer to pay all hllnd pensions for the month of October to all pensioners whose applications were not granted by the Illinois Public Aid Commission. Your Committee feels that this is necessary and should be continued until all applications have been definitely disposed of and in no case not later than July 1, 1944.
