Crystal Lake High School's undefeated basketball team breezed to a 59-27 win over Palatine Saturday night to win the Moosehart tournament, The fast-stepping tigers had one real tussle in eliminating York 46 to 42 in earning their way into the finals. Geneta out-scored Marengo 72- 56 to win third place in the popular holiday meet. The McHenry Warriors started off on the right foot by beating Hinckley 40 to 36,^ but fell by the wayside in a last* half stamp against Palatine. McHenry led Palatine at half time 21-18, then scored only 3 points in each third and fourth periods to lose 45 to 27. Led by Lloyd Anthony, Marengo upset Moosehart 61 to 55 in a game termed the upset of the tournament. « One of the mosr ta'ked about games of the meet waB the Woodstock- Geneva battle which was won by Geneva 36 to 30.
