Daleiden, son of the late John and Anna Daleiden, was botn in.the nearby city of Aurora, wjjfcre he attended St. Nicholas parochial school. He attended St. Joseph's college at Collegeville, Ind., and Mt. St. Mary's seminary, Cincinnati, Ohio. He was ordained by the late Bishop Muldoon on April 13, 1925, at St. James Pro- Cathedral in Rockford. The beloved priest has served the congregation at St. Peter's in 8pring Grove since July of 1933. Previously he had served as paste. of St. Mary's church in Elizabeth, for four years before that as assistant pastor at St. John's church in Savanna and St. Anthony's church, Rockford. He has become a well known figure in this area during the past eighteen years and is loved and respected by those of all faiths. His many friends extend, best wishes for an anniversary c^bration which will linger long as one of .tbfi outstanding events tn Fr. Chicago Woman Injured In Accident Near City A Chicago woman, Mrs. Johanna Aftfirone, 23, received minor injuries in an accident which occurred just west of McHenry last Friday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock.
