Clinic service was rendered to 6,016 children who made a total of 9,003 visits. Hospital in-patient care was given to 1.6S3 individuals involving a period of 5,981 days. Donald Loftus Free After Serving Three Prison Terms Donald Loftus, the "lone wolf" holdup man of McHenry county almost twenty years ago, is free. The 5S-year-old man, who spent eighteen years in Joliet prison for armed robbery of the Marengo and Algonquin banks, was set free last week after Judge William Carroll pronounced his verdict following his plea on a if habeas corpus. Judge Carroll expressed himself as being in agreement wttll Loftus' belief that he was npt given proper counsel. Therefor*. 1m ruled that Loftus would not haw to serve the fourth sentence lor the burglary of the Marengo bank. Three of his sentences have been served and the fourth wontd have started if be had lott tlw appeal.
