Schmitt, addressed the Board and stated that the term of office of Frank Nagel of Fox River Grove, Illinois, as a members of the Board of Appeals, operating under the McHenry County Illinois Zoning Ordinance, expired September 10 1949, and that he would at this time re-appoint Frank Nage as a member of the Board of Appeals for a five year term,, commencing on said date. And that he would also appoint at this time Harold J- Bacon, a member of the Board of Appeals, residing at Crystal Lake, Illinois, as Chairman of the Board of Appeals for the ensuing year. It was thereupon regularly moved by Supr. Filip and duly seconded by Supr. Sterne that the appointments as made by the Chairman be approved and confirmed. And thlk roll being called the Chairman declared the motion unanimously carried and the appointments made. The Clerk presented lists of claims against the County and upon motion of Supr. Ufackeben and duly seconded by Supr. Coy and declared car* ried, the said claims were referred to the proper committees and the Board adjourned to 1:00 o'clock P.
