American Legion Home, with co-workers at the telephone office as hostesses Twenty-five were present to enjoy a social evening and a pot-luck lunch at 10 o'clock. A miscellaneous shower was held at the home of her parents, Mr and Mrs. Joseph B. Stifling, hostesses being Mrs. Harold Stilling. Mrs. Ted Pitzen and Miss Rosemary- Stilling. Forty-five guests from Richmond. Park Ridge. Lakc Geneva. Spring Grove. Johttsburp and McHenry attended. A variety a lqvely gifts were taken from beneath a decorated umbrella and opened by the guest of honor. Last week Mrs. Kay Niemet. sister of the groom, and Mrs. Grace Lange were co-hostesses at a party held at the former's home ir Park Ridge. NOVEMBER BRIDE Little Kathleen Pitsen, niece of the bride, was 'the ibvely flower attired Winona, Altar and Rosary Christmas Party The annuaf Christmas party of the Altar and Rosary sodality of St. Patrick's church will be held next Monday evening,- Dec. 4, in the church hall.
