On Friday, July 27, a meeting of the newly organised Cub Scout Pack, No. S62, was held in the high school auditorijam, at which time the pack received a charter from the Blackhawk Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. ^Presentation of the charter was made by an official Scout district representative, who presented it to the president of the P.T.A., Mra. Paul Jesaup. She, in turn, gave it to Paul Jessup, pack com; mittee chairman. The pack now consists of four dens, with twehty-four boys participating in Cub Scout work.
