Mrs Renehan was tapping with a hammer on the bottom of a post on the porch of his hom* when the bees came out of the top in great numbers. Round Lake Fire Chief William Harribin threw a blanket erer the elderly man and carried him into the house while other ^members of the squad drilled ^ioles in the post and finally routed the swarm with asphalt bombs. So thick were the bees around the doors that a doctor who was summoned to assist Mr. Renehan was forced to enter the house through a window. Walworth Fair Offers ,^Varied Night Program' The nfcght program for the 101st Walwocth county fair to be held at Elkhorn Aug. 31, Sept. 1, 2, 3. as outlined by R. B. Harris, secretary, will offer plenty of variety, thrills, music and comedy. Starting with the night performance 'of the 105 Ranch Rodeo on Friday night, and featuring the summer" follies musical comedy %}pd 1 extravaganza en Saturday and Sunday nights, the climax will be reached on Mosday night wi£h the Swenson Thrillcade of Ojfeanized accidents and helicopter features. f Bronc riding, Brahma Aull riding, wild steer wrestling,- calf Voping contest, fancy riding, rope spinning and rodeo clowns will appear on the 80-foot track before the grandstand. The animals t will be sprung from the bucking stockade at the end of the stands. TEEN-AGER HI RT Elaine Lerche, 15 years old, of Chicago, was Beverly cut by the propeller of a speed boat when the craft struck another boat last week near the west Bhore of Long Lake.
