During the time they were gone the injured eye of little Jimmy Hansen returned to normal. He is now back in school. Georgian, 1623 Howard st., Chicago, was reported to Deputy Sheriff Roger Hansen Sunday. Hansen found that a TV set had been ripped out of the Hickory Falls cottage and that a window, h a d b e e n r e m o v e d a t t h e r e a r o f ! the house to make entry. During the business meeting officers were elected. Shirley Johnson was chosen president; Rose Mary Roti, secretary; Jane Ann Wrede, treasurer. LOCAL MEMBERS OF ADULT SCOUT GROUP TO TRAIN LEADERS Members of the Adult Girl Scout association are very proud of two of their group, Mrs. Frank Gans and Mrs. Harold Vance, who have just graduated as volunteer trainers of leaders, t|»e result of an intensive course , of twentyfive hours from Sept. 17 through 21 at Evanston. The course was in connection with national Girl Scout training, i3reat Lakes region, given under the auspices of the North Shore planning committee. It was designed to provide those enrolled with basic leadership training which they may pass on to other leaders and troop committee members.
