Carroll overruled a motion for a change of venue in the Johnsburg school case, then a short time later, of, his own volition, assigned the case to Judge Bernard Decker bf Waukegaq. Judge Carroll turned down the motion by the attorney for Mrs. Dorothy Larson for the reason that he considered the cause insufficient. Lee had left his bike when he visited the dentist and found it gone when he returned from the office a short time later.
