These barbecued spareribs may be just what you would like some cold December evening. * Roast 3 pounds of -spareribs in a 450 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and continue roasting until well done, about 1% hours. Baste about every 20 minutes with this sauce. 1 cup vinegar; 2 tbsp. lemon juice; 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1 tbsp. brown sugar. Mix well.
