The Holup brothers are stars of George Washington University's team, which won its first ten games this season to achieve high rating among the cage quintets in the country. Natives of Swoyersville, Pa., the Holups are not twins like the O'Briens. John, 6 feet, five Inches tall, is a senior and Joe, 6 .feet, 6 inches, is a sophomore. With freshmen eligible for varsity competition, Joe averaged 19.4 points per game last season and was chosen the center on the Southern Conference all-star team. This season, he was scoring at an 18.3-point pace. - \ Cooperation Of Many Pet Owners Noted The threat of stray dogs remains in the community, even though a number of pet owners have offered full cooperation hi keeping their dogs confined to their own yard. The seriousness of rabies is realized more and more with the growing number of rabid dogs found in larger communities. Favorable action on the new office took place after a long debate on a topic which has been discussed at length at the last two meetings. McHenry's two representatives, Math Schmitt and LeRoy Smith, voted against the move.
