TRUCK ARRESTS Less than half of the 14,957 overweight truck arrests made by Illinois state highway police during 1953 involved Illinoisregistered vehicles, according to a report by Director of Public Safety Joseph D. Add the milk gradually, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth. Cook the whole cauliflower, drain well and place it in the center of a round chop plate. At a joint meeting of the Kiwanis club and Izaak Walton League committees held Tuesday evening, a combined association Of the two bodies was formed, which will be known as the Kiwalton association.
