This was Mr. Waynne's official visit as lieutenant governor of Division V for Kiwanis International. The DeKalb club is one of the older clubs in District V and already boasts of many Completed projects. At present the club concerns itself with helping boys and girls of DeKalb in making better use of leisure, time, bringing to the people the real value * of citizenship, creating a better understanding between the city man and the farmer and assisting the returning veteran. The DeKalb club is one of the eleven clubs in Division V which exchanges fellowship visits with other clubs in the division.
