This* reminder conies from Edwin A. Rosenstone, director of Public Works and Buildings. He pointed out that the filing of accident reports is a definite help in bringing about prompt settlement of damage claims. Under the statute, a' driver involved in an accident serious enough to be reported, but wfro lacks adequate liability insurance is required to deposit security covering possible damage or lose his license plates. The forms used in reporting accidents may be obtained from police at the scene of an accident, at any city police .station, state highway police headquarters or highway# district engineering rifftces. Also, motorists who carry liability insurance usually may get forms from their insurance agents. Natives of Finland call their country Suomi.
